Marketplace Terms
These terms apply when you download or buy items on Craft.cool.
Who you are buying from
Items are made and sold by independent creators. Craft.cool runs the marketplace, takes the payment and delivers the download. The creator's name is shown on every item page, and the creator is responsible for the item itself.
Prices and payment
- Prices are set by creators in their own currency. Amounts shown in your currency ("≈ ₹…") are estimates; the exact amount is shown at checkout and is locked on your order.
- UPI payments are checked by our team after you upload proof. Your purchase appears in your Library once the payment is confirmed.
- PayPal payments are confirmed automatically when PayPal tells us they are complete.
What you get
- A licence to use the item under the licence shown on its page (for example "Standard", "MIT" or the creator's own terms). You do not buy the copyright.
- Unless the licence says otherwise, you may not resell, re-upload or share the files.
- Access to the item's downloads in your Library, including updates the creator publishes, for as long as the creator keeps them available. If the creator removes an item, you keep the download you paid for.

For help with an item, contact its creator first (links on the item page). For problems with payments, orders or downloads, open a support ticket or write to support@craft.cool. Our Grievance Officer is Kanhaiya; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours with a ticket number and resolve them within one month.
