Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Kanhaiya (Uttar Pradesh, India), who runs Craft.cool. By using Craft.cool you agree to them. If you publish or sell, the Creator Agreement also applies; if you buy, the Marketplace Terms apply too.
1. Who can use Craft.cool
- Anyone can browse. To create an account you must be at least 13.
- If you are 13 to 17, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, and they are responsible for your use of paid features.
- One person, one account. Don't share your login, and don't pretend to be someone else.
2. Your account
- Keep your password safe and turn on two-factor sign-in if you can. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us straight away at support@craft.cool if you think someone else has access to it.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. Content you post
- You keep ownership of everything you post. You give Craft.cool a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, display and distribute it on Craft.cool (and in links and previews of it) so the service can work. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies buyers already downloaded and records we must keep.
- You must have the right to post it. Don't upload other people's work without permission.
- Follow the Community Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Our role
Craft.cool is a platform. Items are made and sold by independent creators, and servers are run by their owners. We review items before they first appear and act on reports, but we do not create, test in every setup or guarantee third-party content. We are an intermediary under India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and follow the due-diligence duties of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
5. Removing content and accounts
We may remove content, hide listings or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, or to protect users. Where we can, we tell you why and how to appeal. You can appeal by replying to the notice or writing to support@craft.cool.
6. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft
Craft.cool is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Everything sold here must follow the Minecraft Usage Guidelines.
7. Liability
Craft.cool is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, or for content, servers and downloads made by other people. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through Craft.cool in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
8. Complaints and grievances
Write to support@craft.cool or open a support ticket. Our Grievance Officer is Kanhaiya, email legal@craft.cool. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days (72 hours for requests to remove unlawful content, as the IT Rules require).
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to go to a consumer commission or court where you live.
10. Changes
We will tell you before important changes to these terms take effect. If you keep using Craft.cool after that, the new terms apply.
